No. This is about options. If you want to bring your search in-house with us, Curaytor IDX is ready. Prefer an advanced third-party search like RealScout? That works with us too just ask and we’ll point you the right way.
Curaytor does not charge an additional fee for the IDX itself. Some MLS boards charge their own fee to approve an IDX connection. If anything about your specific plan would change, we’ll reach out to you directly first.
As soon as you submit your IDX request, we get to work. Timing depends on your local MLS board’s approval process, which varies by market. We’ll keep you updated at each step.
Those currently live in your existing system. If you move your search to Curaytor, we’ll help you plan for it. Some of that data can be exported (your current provider may charge for it), and we’ll advise on the best way to keep your database receiving alerts so nothing important is lost.
No. If you love the CRM you’re on, keep it. The goal here is to give you options and flexibility, not to move you off something that works for you.
