Plus: as your Chime IDX is set up in the near future, we will surface search behavior and give you the ability to set up property alerts directly from the Convert Profile.
Within minutes, you'll understand what marketing is working and what's not. It's now easier and faster to identify your most highly engaged leads and to tailor your message to their specific activity. With the introduction of property data, you will have a full 360º view of a consumer's journey, activity and engagement.
Your list of contacts within Convert can now be filtered by agent. If you only want to analyze the activity of your leads, and ignore everyone else, you can!
Separating the activity timeline into "All" "Website Activity" and "Blast Activity" makes it much easier to consume recent activity.
Identify valuable activities by using the filters within each tab. For example, seeing emails that have been opened or clicked is far more valuable than seeing that an email has been delivered.
Within the "Website Activity" Tab
Filter by All, Pages, Blog Posts, Announcements and Listings viewed (once Chime IDX is integrated).
Within the "Blast Activity" Tab
Filter by All, Delivered, Opened and Clicked.
The first thing you'll notice with your updated convert profile is the new header and navigation. The sleek, black design is clean, elegant and user friendly.
Property alerts: See the criteria that makes up each property alert that a user belongs to along with the number sent, opened and clicked. You can edit, delete and create them from the profile.
Saved searches: If a user has created an account and saved a search, you'll be able to see it + the criteria they chose for each.
Saved homes: A visual representation of each property and it's address that a user saves will populate here.
1. Click "+ Create property alert"
2. Input the information you want the property alert to consist of

4. Name your alert
Search Criteria: Surfaces any information that a consumer searches for i.e. City, # beds, # baths, or even what they type in the search bar
Listing Criteria: Surfaces all the property addresses that a consumer views
With this information readily available, it becomes extremely easy to identify a consumer's preferences and tailor a message that matches their interests.
