What is Curaytor?

Curaytor is a digital marketing and advertising company that specializes in working with successful real estate agents, teams and brokers.

What does Curaytor include? 

Curaytor includes a complete marketing and sales platform, monthly marketing plans and a dedicated person to help you with your marketing. Our platform consists of an integrated website, landing pages, IDX, listing alerts, blog, email marketing tool and CRM. Our marketing plan helps listing agents win more listings and focuses on sellers, buyers and past clients/sphere of influence. The plan is built for Facebook, Instagram, blogging and email marketing. Our people help you by either coaching you on how to use Curaytor to execute our marketing plans or by doing your marketing for you, depending on the package you choose.

How is Curaytor different from other companies?

Our biggest differentiators are our people and our focus on helping agents win more listings. Our co-founders are bestselling authors on the topic of Marketing and Sales, publishing The Conversion Code and Exactly What to Say for Real Estate Agents. They also host the popular business podcast Water Cooler where they have interviewed the who's who of the real estate industry, with more than 15 million minutes watched on YouTube. Our community of Curaytor clients and our staff are some of the smartest and most talented marketers and salespeople in the industry.

How quickly do I see an ROI? What kind of ROI can I expect?

As soon as your system is ready we will help you launch your first marketing campaigns. Many of our clients generate new business right away. The ROI of Curaytor comes in many forms, specifically increased brand recognition, more website traffic and return visitors, more fans and followers across social media, more comments, likes and shares, more effective lead conversion and nurturing, higher quality leads, more effective email marketing, more repeat and referral business and faster overall growth.

How long does it take to get going?

The on boarding process is typically 4-weeks. During that time our team will work with you on gathering all of the assets we need to get your system ready. We also will be doing training with you and your team on the parts of the system that you will want to know how to use to get the biggest return on your investment. 

What does your coaching & support look like? 

We pride ourselves on world-class coaching and 5-star customer service. Our marketing coaching is unlike anything in the industry as we are constantly giving our clients new and proven tactics and strategies to grow their brand and business. Our U.S. based customer support team prides itself on answering any and all questions quickly and thoroughly.

Do you offer exclusivity?

We are proud to offer the most exclusive option in the real estate industry. We only work with a maximum of two clients per market.

What is Curaytor Marketer?

Curaytor Marketer is a dedicated marketing person. They will promote your listings, plus do your marketing each and every week. They create your blog posts, run your Facebook Ads, post on Instagram and do your email marketing. They are expert marketers who are highly skilled, U.S. based and Facebook Certified.

How much does Curaytor cost?

Curaytor is $1,275/month for our platform, marketing plans and coaching. If you also need our employee to do your marketing for you (we call that Curaytor Marketer) it is $2550/month.

Are there any additional fees in addition to the cost of Curaytor?

We highly recommend that our clients spend money on Facebook and/or Instagram Ads. The recommended budget for that is between $300-$500 per month, depending on the size of your team. The ads are billed directly to your credit card and not collected by us. There is also a $12/month per user cost to add agents to the CRM. One log in to the CRM is included in our cost. 

Do you have a set up fee?

No. When you sign up you simply make your first payment and we get started right away. There are no additional set up fees outside of your monthly payment. 

How long is your contract?

Our agreement is for six months and then is month to month after that. 

Do you work with other industries?

No. We are laser focused on helping the real estate industry.
