Position Title: Product Manager

Position Location: Boston, Massachusetts; Must be able to work out of Curaytor Boston Office

Department: Product

Position Summary: As a leader within the Product Team at Curaytor, the Product Manager will work with the entire division to bring new products and features to life. The Product Manager is an experienced product and technology professional, who is data-driven, a skilled communicator, and who will be required to quickly develop a deep knowledge and understanding of the Curaytor product stack and client (user) base. While individual project teams work closely on their specific tasks, it will be the Product Manager’s responsibility to operate at a higher level — documenting collective decision making, holding individual teams accountable, ensuring projects are meeting deadlines, and more. The Product Manager will be responsible for ensuring that the team delivers experiences that delight our clients and further enrich our entire Curaytor Platform.

Core Duties & Responsibilities: 

  • Become a Curaytor product expert (as well as an expert in our Product Team processes)
  • Host regular meetings with designers and developers to document key decisions and ensure projects are moving forward in a positive direction and in line with project timelines
  • Execute research projects to measure the success of Curaytor tools, and to aid in the overall data-driven decision making of our Product Team
  • Conduct user and customer research to inform the design of new product
  • Maintain product requirements by facilitating questions with designers and developers, and update them accordingly, based on identified limitations and internal feedback
  • Own and implement the rollout process of all new products
  • Other special projects as needed

Education & Experience: 

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Business/Marketing or related field required
  • Previous Product Management experience preferred

Knowledge, Special Skills & Qualifications: 

  • Strong communication, collaboration, and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to effectively facilitate communication with designers and engineers 
  • Must be extremely detail-oriented with strong attention to follow-through
  • Flexible in work functions and duties
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment 
  • Ability to interpret and extract meaningful insight from data

Job Type:

  • Full time - 40 hours/week
