Vendor  “Connections”  Specialist

Position Location:

Open - Remote

The Vendor Specialist is a highly organized, detail oriented, connections expert who can manage our external vendor relationships and contracts.

This role is generally independent and will be conducted on a virtual/remote basis from an appropriate home-based office.   

Core Duties + Responsibilities:

Expand Curaytor’s access to industry-specific data by establishing new vendor relationships. 

Understand the complexities, jargon, and compliance issues for each industry.

Foster a strong rapport with each vendor through proactive and responsive communication.

Manage vendor-specific contacts, costs and documentation. 

Maintain a comprehensive database for vendor contracts.

Provide monthly compliance audit documentation for all vendors.

Education, Special Skills + Requirements:

Bachelor’s Degree preferred and experience in a dynamic environment managing projects, vendor relations and/or complex tasks

Strong interpersonal skills and emotional intellect 

Jira knowledge is a plus! 

Exceptional organizational skills to create repeatable processes to scale.

A high degree of ownership and commitment to work quickly and accurately in a rapidly changing environment

Job Type:

Full time - 40 hours/week

Onboard Specialist

Position Location:

97 Salem Street

     Summary:

The Onboard Specialist is responsible for the set-up, training and overall success of new clients using our proprietary technology and strategy..   

Core Duties + Responsibilities:

Welcome New Client to Curaytor in a prompt and friendly manner 

Set up and personalize new Curaytor client sites to reflect the best of the client’s brand. 

Get approval and set up client Internet Data Exchange(IDX) feeds on Curaytor site. 

Get, organize and load client database into their Customer Relationship Management(CRM) system. 

Train clients on website functionality. 

Train clients on the Curaytor marketing strategy


Education, Special Skills + Requirements:

Bachelor’s Degree

2+ Years of Online Training or Website Design

Strong Communication

Leadership Mindset

Must be able to work on multiple client projects at once

Proficient using G-Suite products

Applications Project Manager

     Summary:

The Applications Manager is responsible for working closely with all stakeholders to ensure exceptional, timely deliverables.

This role is generally independent and will be conducted on a virtual/remote basis from an appropriate home-based office with regular in person check-ins with remote teams in assigned areas.  Given this, the candidate must live in one the specified areas.

Core Duties + Responsibilities:

Plan and produce a clear and comprehensive project roadmap.

Translate stakeholder input and feedback into iteration tasks with concrete deadlines.

Anticipate project complexities, problems or barriers and find the appropriate resolutions that adhere to standards of budget, timeline and scope. 

Monitor project progress and consistently provide thorough and timely status reports on development cycles.

Align project timelines with corporate strategic plans for milestone announcements. 

Education, Special Skills + Requirements:

Bachelor’s Degree preferred and/or 5 years experience in technical project management.

Working knowledge of Jira is required.

Ability to seamlessly transition between macro and micro views of projects. 

Strong leadership and communication skills to manage project goals, plans, and timelines for diverse teams.

Exceptional organizational skills to create repeatable processes to scale.

A high degree of ownership and commitment to work quickly and accurately in a rapidly changing environment
