Amanda Todd Goes from Stay-at-Home Mom to Multi-Million Dollar Real Estate Mogul
Amanda Todd is the leader of the Amanda Todd Group in Placer County, California.
Just three years ago, Amanda was starting out as a single agent. After having some early successes, she was ready to invest back in her business.
As Amanda explains, “I was a brand new agent and wasn't sure what to invest in. I was blessed to make several sales in my first seven months so I had money to spend on building my brand and becoming known in my community.”
At the time, she was relatively new to the community, and she didn’t have a personal or professional network to lean on. Plus, she noticed that what she was doing on social media was okay, but her efforts weren't getting the results she wanted.
“I was a stay-at-home mom before I started my real estate business. I didn't have a network. Honestly, I didn't have much of anything. I needed to get in front of people and I knew that social media was the best tool to help me do that. But I knew it wasn’t that simple. I wanted people to find what I was doing on social incredibly valuable.”
Time to Take Action
Amanda realized she needed a strategy to take her marketing dollars and make them work for her business if she was going to find her place in a competitive market.

Once Amanda signed on with Curaytor, her business took off. In three years she went from being a single agent to working with a team of 15 and doing multi-million dollar deals.
Currently, her team is number two in the region for her brokerage, and they’re quickly closing in on the number one spot.

“Every single person on my team has come to me organically. My team is mostly moms and I believe that if you build the person, strengthen the person, and empower them, the sales will come. I want my agents to be with their clients or their families. Mentoring these women and giving back is my why. Curaytor gave me the power and confidence to make this happen.”
