I have been using regular Animoto and I like it. I have had one problem: Animoto allows you to upload an MP3 file of a song, and I purchased one from iTunes just for this purpose. Then when I posted the video on YouTube it was flagged as copyrighted or proprientary audio and made it "soundless". Not sure how you can tell these sites that you actually paid for the music file that you are using in your video.

Thank you Jon. So what I did to correct it was just choose a song that was on the Animoto site.

I got the iPad with retina display camera (the mini didn't have it) because the picture quality is good and I don't always need a regular camera. It is kinda heavy though.

If you want to purchase music to use try Pond5.com you can buy songs there with the copyright to use it any where. They have great stuff from $2-$100's easy to use and works great. We spend about $10 per song for our vids

I upgraded from an iPad so was already used to the weight. Just remember at this point the only way they could cut weight is to reduce the battery size which would affect battery life.

As a long time subscriber to the middle Animoto plan, I simply love it. And those "videos" generate the most hits on YouTube. I use it for my virtual tours - which is different than a standard tour, but it works.
