I feel like I should spend more time and blog/post more on my Facebook Page, rather than my website blog. Right now I write a blog on my web site and then manually link it with a comment on my FB page. (similar to an earlier question below). But it seems easier to just reach people via FB and social media, rather than web site blogging. Isn't social media going to take over all Google searches eventually anyway/ Thoughts?

Thank you all! I hadn't thought about how short lived SM posts could be. My Squarespace site has an iPhone app which will help me make posts on the go and therefore making my web site blogging easier and more frequent.

Leslie here is an idea I'm considering, so I thought I would share: as you are doing video, find people from the neighborhood/community (homeowners) that are walking around. Ask them for an interview. You should probably have them sign some sort of release to give you permission to publish it. If they allow you to go this far, ask them for an email address and you will email them a copy of the video when you are done. You get a more personable video and a few email addresses to boot. You think they will remember you when it comes time to buy or sell? You think they would share the link to the video with their friends? I think they will...
