Leslie here is an idea I'm considering, so I thought I would share: as you are doing video, find people from the neighborhood/community (homeowners) that are walking around. Ask them for an interview. You should probably have them sign some sort of release to give you permission to publish it. If they allow you to go this far, ask them for an email address and you will email them a copy of the video when you are done. You get a more personable video and a few email addresses to boot. You think they will remember you when it comes time to buy or sell? You think they would share the link to the video with their friends? I think they will...
Leslie - Sue Adler has one of the best community set of videos I've seen. She is in front of the camera for a small part but then we cutaway to other shots. She also includes interviews from residents. http://youtu.be/_U_SbfK_2UA
