for just idx..not websites. whats the deal on idxbroker vs diverse solutions. which one is better for seo..which one is better at conversion? I have idxbroker but my visitor to registration is under 1%.. on organic.. thinking about switching to ds...? thoughts?

PLUS 1 Michelle Holt and the redx! looking at the source of 2 pending team closings next month..1 fsbo (who is also buying),1 expired ..Both from The redX.. why have I been ignoring and neglecting my fsbo and expireds..? shame on me..

SMART people will continue to hire professionals and pay for it.. After all..you can have a baby at home..or in a park..but people still have babies in hospitals surrounded by doctors.. You can represent yourself in court..right? but most still hire attorneys? WHY? Risk.. Mr buyer or seller..Of course you can try to "Go it Alone"..But is that really the best choice for you and your family..with the biggest investment of your life?
