What are you guys using for a software for keeping in touch with your selling clients? Basecamp, Brivity, Podio?? I wanting to take it to the next level and ad some good automation for my clients to see what we are doing for marketing their homes. Please don't say Evernote...that is what I am doing now and I'm running out of time to keep up....
Hey Mark Walser does it work with iPhone4? I am not using Kodak or Flip anymore....I did find another mic for about $99 for the iPhone:http://www.soundprofessionals.com/cgi-bin/gold/category.cgi?item=SP-AT831-IPHONE Thoughts??
Mary I am assuming he is PC? Camtasia is only $99 for Mac... What about Jing? or Join.me? I think Join.Me is on sale right now and it's $99/year. Not sure of the cost on Jing...was free last time I checked and that gets you 5 minutes in length per video
2 things here. One, make sure you turn up the mic level in the settings before you start the recording. Secondly, go to radioshack & buy an adapter similar to this one: http://www.radioshack.com/product/index.jsp?productId=2102690 It takes the mono audio track that just plays on left speaker and duplicates the feed over the right channel as well. It isn't a true "stereo" sound, but it works basically the exact same way. You just can split the audio feeds. Which shouldn't be a big deal to anyone here as I doubt many split audio channels when editing a video. Of course, unless you are Mike Mueller. :)
The seller needs an advocate Jared. Why refer it out? You can get consent to disclose. Or tell the truth if asked. We have sold so-called stigmatized property. It is not that different from other property except for that event.
I am optimizing mobile outreach with automatic, interactive SMS text messaging and direct-to-voicemail technology. Those tools are part of an integrated marketing suite that also includes e-mail, webinars and teleconferences, QR codes (included, no rant or tangent ;-), and some other goodies. I pay for what I use for myself and for my clients. I also use Tropo.com as a standalone app for mobile messaging
