Mike Pannell If all us agents that know better shared socially articles like this and help educate agents it would help us all. They are using us brokers & agents listings as a big part of their content and then getting agents to link back to them... a lot of times unknowingly what it is doing to help the portals beat them in the rankings.. then they can sell traffic back to us..

What does everyone feel about whether a website registration is a lead? I think we would be throwing away money if we didn't treat them like leads.

Matt so what's wrong "tire kickers"? We can either believe ourselves to be in the information business or not....long term relationships vs. sales people who pounce on events. I'll admit, I'm surprised, but the Zillow-based relationships turn out to be just as successful as almost any other source. They depend on what you put into them.
