I don't know if this is allowed but I have to say it. Nikki Beauchamp rocks. She's helping my son and friends find an apartment and I can't thank her enough.

How many of you are using Happy Grasshopper? Just curious. I snail mail my database several times a year but haven't done much in the way of mass emails.

All this talk about New York. Can anyone tell me who would help a young college grad who is taking an internship pay in New York find an apartment? I have no idea how it works up there.

A long while ago, I'm not sure in which group, someone posted a PDF on getting started on Google+. I printed it, carried it around for ages and then when I was ready to sit down and read it, I had lost it. Anyone in this group remember who posted it or have a copy of it?

Suburban West Realtor's association just sent an email around about this site saying it's most like fraudulent.

We have what we call Opportunity time. It's voluntary and we aren't in a "walk-in" area so we do not need to be there. Everyone gets a slot that is interested, a few a month, and if anyone calls and the call isn't about one of our own listings, it gets put through to the opportunity agent's cell phone. If the call is about a particular listing with the company, the call goes to the listing agent. Always.
