Nothing was mentioned in this article about the way the numbers of agents swelled during the boom and subsequently declined after the bust. This is just as important to discuss as diversifying the ways we pull in business. I'm in Southwest Florida and moved here from the Detroit area in late 2007. Since I missed the boom (and thank goodness for that) I didn't get used to incredibly easy money like a majority of people here did. Based on numerous conversations with other real estate professionals here, most of the people who got in during '03-'06 are no longer here or doing business.
Not anymore. It did finally allow me to sync it but it took forever for it to send the notification it was in process. I'm in the process of switching a lot of things over and adding new systems. Once I get it settled I'll just be using my domain email for business through Mac Mail
I am going as incoming state President and on the MLS committee. NAR is also for the politics and most importantly is making a contribution to the culture of real estate. We are the third lowest respected profession and have a lot of work to do. Glad you like Family Reunion but the two aren't the same.
