Chris - My take is this.
#1: If you are after creating a marketing presence for your real estate business, you should go with a page.
#2: If going with a page, you need to separate your page positioning (the brand orientation of your page), from the content strategy of your page. I'd suggest the brand positioning of your page is something that ties to your name and business...it can be as generic as "Chris Pappas Real Estate", or something like "The North Shore by Chris Pappa". This is a whole important conversation in itself.
#3: Once your brand/page position is determined, you need to plan your content strategy, which in your area, can focus on details about the many neighboring towns that you service. IMO, your content strategy should address the different niches, particularly in a market like yours where the markets are so closely intertwined, vs. separating those out into separate pages.
Just one opinion to consider. Curious to hear what you decide.
