Two books for you: http://www.thetaooftwitter.com/ - The Tao of Twitter. And for the Challenger brand marketer (frankly, every real estate agent going up against "fill in the blank" local powerhouse company and the big nationals in your market) -- Eating the Big Fish...http://www.amazon.com/Eating-Big-Fish-Challenger-Compete/dp/0470238275/ref=dp_ob_title_bk - it will change your thinking about marketing.
Of course I'm biased on the Kodak Playtouch and Zi8, but the mic problem goes away with our cameras....on a separate note Mike's a good friend and a good guy, and I've tested their service before (EasyAgentVideo), it worked pretty well for hosting and was relatively inexpensive. I'd give that and WellcomeMat a try if you're looking to compare it to something Rodil.
Well technically we're on FB and Gmail - that's the cloud. :) Seriously though, Cloud is great for storage and collaboration. Amazon Cloud is a great way to get a cheap account that stores a ton of stuff - great online backup if nothing else. Google's stuff is great too - see Rob Aubrey's post above...

Dropbox is fantastic for document storage. It's reasonably prices as well. You could keep all your usual documents there have separate files for each agent with all of their listing agreements and transaction files in there. It's also accessible from any computer you sign into, so it makes file portability super easy. No more "I forgot it at the office."
