I am looking for a great "Text for Info" service. Any suggestions? I also thought it would be nice if the service to include a "call for info" option for those who don't text...but I have not seen one like that yet.
I noticed someone post that they were converting their Facebook account to a business page and that all their "Friends" would automatically become "Likes" of the business page (the friend page would no longer exist). They were even changing the name over to their business instead of personal name. How do you go about doing this?
Bill - in regard to the comment about the judge. With that logic, a judge would then have to consider any compensation to have had influence on the agent because there is nothing to compare it to without a set commission. If ALL homes had a 3% commission on them, I could see that. But with a variable market full of various commissions being offered, how would there be any proof or logic to that? A bonus is simply more of a %.
IMO - if you can't be a Realtor AND a good salesperson (being a closer and guiding clients into decisions)- if you don't know how to keep COE while being motived to make LOTS of money (via the general commission and/or bonuses) - if you are not skilled enough to not negotiate out your commissions while keeping a deal together - then you likely need more or better training.
I don't know how you can call this tacky....its the definition of raising the bar...the buyers agent is going over and above to do their job better than most and not directly soliciting business (just being good at their job may shine light on them but they are not asking for the listing).
