I do real estate photography in the Houston area. A major part of our value proposition to top agents is the value of their time. Are they better off taking their own photos, creating tours, loading photos on MLS, creating brochures, etc.? Or is their time better spent prospecting, writing contracts, networking, etc.? It's a no brainer--but I am surprised at the small number of agents that seem to put any real value on their time. Makes no sense.
