I'll add a comment... we're using a combo of the iPad and plain ole' paper. Reason? Because I do NOT want to leave our pricing recommendations & logic with them so a "not so prepared" agent can use our data to argue for, or against their own recommendations. Thus, all specific pricing data is on the iPad - along with some marketing info we don't want spread around.
As I see this conversation progress one thought keeps coming to mind. make sure YOU are the focus and not the device. Make sure the device stays an aid. My slides are light in information; just key thoughts. The dialog is focus. I like to sit across from my clients that way I can maintain good eye contact and focus on their verbal and non-verbal signals.
We used Lands End for years. Now we have a friends dad who does it for us and we order anything we want from Nike catalogue or anything and he'll put logo on it for us. Email me and I can fwd u his info or vice versa. Steph@eveloteam.com
Well in Minnesota I think they may be running afoul of agency. The callers are asking about price, terms, and motivation - all of which trigger an agency disclosure and therefore also mean that the caller would most likely need a real estate license to ask those questions. I'd certainly look into that question in your state before signing up.
