In my opinion, it all depends on what one's goals are. In other words, there is no right answer. If you are in Sue Adler's situation, of course one wouldn't leave that sweet deal to go out on their own, but for those who don't have that opportunity, it would depend on answering so many questions -- which I am happy to lead a discussion on if there was a desire. I have been in both situations, and have been successful in both, therefore could offer perspective of the pros & cons of each.
Thank you, Jeremy Blanton !!! I spent $440 last month to transcribe 1 recorded webinar -- $40 will be much more like it!
James -- I apologize that your sound wasn't cooperating. We didn't notice anything on our end. I will be posting an edited version in the next week. Thanks!
Thank you, Michael McClure <3 ya!
Sue Adler Just want you to know I never said you were handed a sweet deal .. believe me, I know first hand how hard you work and how you've produced every bit of greatness you have. You are my #1 inspiration--One day I want to be as great as Sue Adler!!-really! I'm just saying the kind of opportunity that you have doesn't exist for most, and never will, and so it might not be helpful in someone trying to make a decision as to whether to go Independent or not. Your situation surely speaks as to why you wouldn't start your own brokerage since your situation is so great with a large brand, but that likely isn't the situation for others feeling a need to potentially make a change. Make sense?
