Mike, if you're able to get the data from your MLS, and have the Lat/Long coordinates, you could cross-reference the schools based on boundary data. The challenge is getting those polygons. I'm currently talking to Maponics, which has a lot of boundary data, but it's really large financial commitment. Not sure if that makes sense on a smaller scale.
Your personal @gmail.com account is a different profile than your Google Apps for business email. Therefore, they have different privileges, permissions, and settings. What you do in one will not automatically happen in the other. It is designed this way.
Chris Smith - True. But I NEVER lie. I always tell the truth in the differences. I'm passionate about what we do in believing what we offer is the same for a lot less money. On the SEO side though it's just tough to explain what we do that's so manual and takes time and that leads don't happen overnight when compared to other systems. It's obviously very frustrating to clients when they don't get leads tomorrow, but SEO is a long term play. It takes time but then you have something with no ad cost bringing you in business every month.
