True about "most", Michael Michael, but I think we'll see the trend of hyper-savvy agents increase. Just look at the guys from some of these new beta brokerages.

The primary reason this is happening is the dramatic shift in web traffic to tablets and mobile devices. Screw the "cool factor" we need something that works on those devices... which is EXACTLY what the consumer needs as well.

This is why you shouldn't have flash on your website :) In general flash is a dying technology. It's too processor intensive (have you seen what it does to the battery on an Android device?), it's often low quality, and especially in real estate it's distracting people away from what you want them to do - search for homes and contact you.
