My intention is to share great investment deals on my biz page and have a twitter account that deals strictly with the deal of the day with investors/ people interested in real estate

feel free to share mine all you want, heck, bring me a buyer why your at it!

Then I would take the link and then share it on facebook amd/or twitter. Drive traffic to your site not someone out there that is competing against you..

Maybe it would be best to share them on your blog and then post the links from the blog to Facebook and twitter.

but you can share listings with certain websites that have disclosure at bottom (in reall little print) you will still get calls and leads

Willie Phelps do you have a website? Does your broker? I wouldn't send them to Zillow or Trulia cause you take a chance of losing them to one of the paid advertisers.. Don't lose your friends and followers ..
