we have Broker Tours every Wednesday where all Agents have their NEW listings on the market for agents to come and check out the homes. It works great as it will trigger your mind as ou walk thru them of certain clients and ones that are perfect for them

Audrey, that is interesting indeed, this topic. You can bascially turn into the Visitors Bureau and tourist run a bout if you dont catch yourself. I have them do their own research and then if they have questions of concerns I will offer my beliefs and facts on the topics at hand. :)

Not here Michelle Walker, our office is up on each others listings. Also if a floor call comes in for a listing and the listing agent is in the office, the calls goes directly to the listing agent because they know the property the best. Also for myself, I have QR Codese, Layar and other things such as sign ridders that have my direct mobile phone and I take Texts directly so that I an get instant replies to the inquired buyers.

Thanks Richard! I appreciate it the share. Like I said, the fact that Twitter is backing it has made me take a second glance. I have always been a fan of short form video like Viddy or Tout - I think it's an easy way to create a quick piece of sharable content and I think Vine fits that role as well. I think it's worth trying out - seeing if it's for you and if not, moving on. That's what I do with any new technology or app that looks interesting, some people may call it "Shiny Object Syndrome" but I call it being tech-savvy, open to new ideas and not stuck in my ways :-) Technology is evoloving every day and all of it is not for everyone - but I know that I have a lot to learn too. In fact, just yesterday, I installed Yesware into my gmail from a recommendation from Kendyl Young - still figuring out if it's for me - I am going to give it a try. I think as Realtors, brokers and smart business people, we have to try out things and then see if they work or not. If we get stuck doing the same old same old - we are going to get the same old results. Just my 2 cents... and warning, I am still on my 1st cup of coffee :)

I have sold three houses via open houses. Mine usually ran 12 - 4... Ironically, 2 of the three houses sold after 3:45 in the afternoon.
