Have any of you ever provided "gift cards" to listing clients during the period of the listing? It was suggested to me as an idea to make Open Houses and the time clients have to leave for showings easier. I've NEVER done it, thought of it or really know how I fell about the idea. Any Thoughts?
I 've been having conversations recently with some successful agents here in Tampa about where and what we spend our $$$ on. I'm wondering, what the norm is across the country. Be as specific as you are comfortable... WHERE DO YOU SPEND YOUR MONEY and ON WHAT?
MacBook Pro is my computer of choice. The 27 inch screen of my iMac, makes certain tasks quicker and easier. The larger Mac keyboard with built in track pad is a nice extra to own. Moving info for one to the other with iCloud and the link shared above is easy. I've networked my computers together, which gives me access going in both directions. O the 27 inch screen I can have both computers "open" at the same time.....
Michael McClure , that .... whole one time shame on you ..... 2 times shame on me thing is in play! It only happened once. I am NOW often pleased and APPRECIATE when a deal happens and all parties are in the same boat rowing in the same direction! I seldom assume anyone's role in a transaction, but will be sure that what has to happen will get done. Aggressive Advocacy on behalf of my clients will rule the day ....
