What's the best direct mail service out there for postcards? Our company is connected with XpressDocs, but I've not used them. Also, is there a consensus on using "Resident" or the homeowner's name, which will age the list?

Zimbra, but for smaller users, you need to purchase from 01.com. I've used them for about four or five years. The customer service is outstanding and the service is Enterprise level. Works great with my iPhone and did with my old Blackberry. Can't remember what it costs. There are two of us, but only I use the iPhone connection. I think it's a couple of hundred a year. Cheap for what it is.
Why as in why have they made it that way or why as in what makes it mobile responsive?
Dave Ockun - I love my Fujitsu ScanSnap for Mac. Fast - works with nearly all the programs I need (Evernote, etc) and compact for my actual desktop. Love it. Never looked back after purchase and waited a while to make that purchase. Worthwhile investment!
