Need to send a referral to a rock star agent in Tucson, AZ...listing referral around 700k. Anyone?

You should hire a buyers agent to work directly with you instead of giving to other agents in your office...it makes more business sense for you and makes this issue much easier to "explain". If the other agent worked directly with you...I would say... We are so excited to work with you!! what i am going to do is have my buyer specialist, Name, give you a call right away. We work together as a team and he/she focuses on negotiating and helping our buyers relocate. She knows this area very well and will be most helpful to you." There is never any question but if so I would again stress that she specializes in buyers and we work together etc etc. Hope this helps!
