Over the past 20 years I've helped hundreds of agents and businesses it comes down to 4 reasons radio either works or fails: 1.station needs to match the right target. 2.the right message with a strong call to action. 3. The right times and consistent frequency. 4. Internal conversion of leads.

Quick update, three more leads yesterday and one more just now even though my last ad ran Friday morning. The seller I just spoke to told me his wife's been talking about me all week and definitely wants to use me!
