They absolutely teach excellent marketing concepts at their seminars, and the value is there if you are willing to accept the ideas. Their product is beautiful, expensive, and has been very well received by people, and has helped legitimize us to strangers. They specialize in real estate, and we were very impressed (and financially lighter) with them. I see lots of branding by companies that do not know real estate, and it shows. First, sell yourself, then, sell the home.
Seems Homesnap only uses the gps to determine which houses are close by, forcing me to pick the one I want information on. Even when I basically duplicate the listing photo.
I use both. They each have their pros and cons, but the free space you can earn, and the easily recognizable file format of dropbox make it a favorite.
