Note, that is all they are doing as well, jobbing it out to a local videographer who gets paid $100 to do the shoot. Better to work with someone locally who is going to take time to set up lights so you are competing with the blown out windows in the background, etc. You'll also need a second video, unbranded, for your MLS. Still, this is so much better than what is out there on average for video, which is nothing.
