Prostep Marketing, I my site more for branding and information for my existing clients as well as the IDX search for them. I am not as worried about picking up new clients from the web.

Melanie, most of us aren't in the same market and hopefully your listing preso isn't the only thing that differentiates you from your competition. I happily teach LOCAL agents in my market exactly what I do with no worries. Reality is most won't do those things anyway.

What they are selling is not custom.. It is sold to many different Realtors and pasted all over the place... I don't write my own blogs I have a team of writers.. i talk and write REDNECK so i have to have help.
