This is why I stopped giving feedback and I don't ask for it, it mostly worthless. As an agent we should have the skill to properly price a home and convey that message to our clients. If you need feedback to help state your case then raise the bar and get training to do it yourself.
I would have to wear long sleeves to cover mine up...in the summer here in MD I usually don't. I think my ability to clearly communicate why I am the best choice for my clients overcomes any "negative" misconceptions towards my tattoos.
What they are selling is not custom.. It is sold to many different Realtors and pasted all over the place... I don't write my own blogs I have a team of writers.. i talk and write REDNECK so i have to have help.
Melanie, most of us aren't in the same market and hopefully your listing preso isn't the only thing that differentiates you from your competition. I happily teach LOCAL agents in my market exactly what I do with no worries. Reality is most won't do those things anyway.
