I'm going to be using RingCentral for the office phone system and would like to be able to answer the calls from my Mac instead of letting them roll to my cell if I'm at my desk. I have not looked at any yet - budget would be under $150.
Wow- never even occurred to me there could be places that do NOT do broker opens. (so cool to learn about different practices). Glendale, CA was mostly built in the 1930's Even homes that were built by the same guy are now completely different- even a drawn floor plan does not always tell the entire story. IMHO I should know more about my inventory than the average buyer looking on the net... being an expert and professional and all.... At our broker Opens we 1. see the house, warts and all. 2. we chat up the listing agent and each other for back story and additional data, 3. we network for more opportunities to match up people and houses. Dunno- I think wetware (my eyes, ears and brain) is always superior to hardware and software alone. #justsayin
I happen to think that a really good doctor or surgeon, who can't explain to his patients in a language they understand is not really a good doctor or surgeon. If you want to help people, you need to speak to them so they understand.
J Michael...I have "What we focus on expands" on my computer :) Here are some great examples. Had our office meeting this morning and I asked my agents to quickly right down a core value that they have relating to our industry. Here are a few of the ones that I received: Do the right thing, ALWAYs. Caring about the customer's life, dreams, hopes and aspirations, putting buyers needs before my own, protecting and educating my buyers, Honesty, loyalty, dedication, relentless in finding the right home for clients, gaining clients trust by wowing them with superior service and educating them about market, stay emotionally connect with clients and my FAVORITE one of all is: No Bullshit. No sale is worth the loss of my license or compromising my integrity. Yippee! I felt like a proud Mom after reading all of those :)
