I can tell you where not to spend your money. Just got this email from an agent. A smart agent who followed up on references provided by an SEO company: "Hi Jay. How are you? You were listed as a reference for AXAT Technologies - Akshat B for SEO work. I wanted to confirm that they did in fact do SEO work for you and would love to know what your experience with them was if you're willing to share. Thanks so much in advance. Btw, great blog!" And guess what? I've never even heard of this company, much less used their SEO services. Be careful out there folks...
FB has them for pages and profiles because YOU "own" your page or profile, and can do what you want with them (as long as you don't violate TOS). No one "owns" a group, so FB has nothing like this for groups.
Michael I hate to buck the tide, ( no I don't ) but the shelf life of your content is far more important than future proofing the video stream based on hardware advances. People still watch Chaplin's Gold Rush, Orson Well's Citizen Kane, and countless other movies whose technology lags far behind the current technology. The story is key, more than the vehicle. BTW Happy Thanksgiving. :)
I have two: for business, I plan on going after first-time sellers a lot this year, specifically those in the first-time buyer price bracket. I stumbled on a lot of success with that this year, and I want to capitalize on it. Targeted print to online resource. Secondly, for professional development, I plan on becoming more involved with my MLS. I'm tired of people who haven't sold anything in decades, nor are in-tune with a modern buyer/seller, making decisions for me.
