You ask your Broker because they are the one ultimately responsible for your actions. And I would think one would be working for a Broker they trusted and had faith in.

My mother was never a Realtor, although she would have been an excellent one. Raised 6 children and did some RE investing on the side, when she could talk my Dad into it. And she always made money:-)
