I do use Realty Juggler and like it a lot. For less than $100 a year, I can certainly say that it is cheaper than TP. It does exactly what I need it to do. CRM's are very personal and there isn't one that is right for everyone. I always recommend talking to Gary David Hall before moving forward on one.
People don't generally search for Real Estate on Facebook. I'm guessing your real estate page name has the words real estate in it. When I started with my pages a few years ago, I called one Ledyard Real Estate and named the other one without using the words real estate. I have 115 or so followers on the real estate page and over2000 on the other.
I've been using paperport from when it first came out. Someone once presented it at a convention I attended. It was especially useful when people faxed contracts because it gives you the ability to straighten, remove dots etc. I still use it most everyday and store all my files there.
