Anyone know of a good app/software to use to demonstrate an iPhone app on a PPT projector( using a Mac Pro). I tried Reflector but just couldn't get my iphone to sync with the mac. thx

Where do you syndicate your listings? Yeah, we all know about Zillow, Craigslist, Realtor.com etc.. but what other spots are out there that no one uses but should?

So, I'm working on putting together a new Zillow WP website ( I have my own WP site this is more or less me playing around) and can I tell you..it is super easy! Agents if you are even thinking of updating your website you have to check this out. The only thing I can compare it to was when I first got an Iphone and thought to myself " why hasn't anyone thought of this before". Can't wait to show the other agents in the office this stuff.

It depends on how KW indexes. DS uses your url + address( ie http://bloggingrealestateinnova.com/idx/mls-lo7931302-43774_clemens_ter_ashburn_va_20147). I've had good results from DS so far.

You can get a dongle for the iPhone/iPad that will allow you to connect it directly to a projector via VGA or HDMI.

Tanya - given that Facebook is making a billion dollars a quarter in ad revenue, *someone* is clicking on them... I'm yet to be convinced though that people go to FB to find homes.

I'm convinced that short sales need to be outside of the conventional MLS and need their own database....only have expert certified short sale specialists working them. Of which, I am not one of them.

Struggling with them as we'll. looks like I have to rebuy the iPad app to get it working and then ask them for rebate? (Read that solution on some forum)
