Stolen Images: If you get a letter from masterfile or getty images do you just pay it? I got hit once a while back but I know someone else that is being harassed now... I paid the money real fast on my case cause as I was in the wrong.. I am reading online not to pay them as it is not worth it for them to sue over a little amount.. What are your thoughts..

My average agent does 3 to 5 times what the average agent does.. I have 12 agents in the DFW area on leads.. And 4 of them did north of 20 deals and 2 did well over 35 deals last year.. I have several other that started mid year and they will do over 20 this year.. The ones that think 4 to 6 deals a year are not going to be working with me next year..

1 am at 1300 a day with arounf 20 leads a day.. i used to be closer to 3000 visits a day with 60 to 100 ;eads a day

I'm not an SEO expert but I'm reasonably certain that the iframe won't be a negative for your site's SEO but it simply won't help your site's SEO either. As far as that goes, I'd use whatever gives the best user experience since either would be SEO-neutral. Fully integrated as part of your URL would be best and then a subdomain like search.YourURL.com would be next after that.
