Yeah I'm probably going to search in high schools to recruit for my paperless-mobile, cloud based office. My office concept is too new and ahead for some people in our Area. Agents still want to carry paper and files around! And don't understand that I can get signatures on IPAD. O_o
Know your core values and hire to those. Learn to be an excellent leader. Hire for results not a set of skills. Onboard properly. Set expectations. DISC profile and a Birkman are a must for my team. LEAD leadership training at Charfen Institute (a weekend) changed my team and my profit margin.
