I think sites should reflect the unique goals, expectations and geographies of their markets and provide a reaffirmation of a brand they belong to, whether an agent's, a company's or brokerage's. It is silly to assume that one size fits all exists in any space.
John, I'd look at your analytics before I dropped your "about" page. My about page is in the top 20 out of thousands of page views for the last 12 months. Consumers who want to with us do want to learn more about us before they pick up the phone IMO.
