Just watched this interview that Kara Swisher did with Phil Libin - thought this group would appreciate it. Amazing growth Evernote is happening! I love hearing him talk about being "elegantly productive"
Question - does anyone know what would be the Android version of the app "Over" - love that for my iPhone but I have quite a few Android users looking for a similar app. Any suggestions? c: Chris Smith Jimmy Mackin
Hi everyone! I wanted to share a site that I 1st heard about from Glenn Sanford - it's a tool to mind map (or brainstorm) with others in real time. Been playing around it with and it's a really cool tool. Think Google Docs but on steroids. I could see agents collaborating with buyers, brokers communicating with their team, social media and marketing teams collaborating on content, etc. http://www.mindmeister.com/
Thanks Katie for the shout out. I haven't done a major project in the last five years where I didn't use a Mindmap. There was some research I saw a few years ago that those who were proficient in using Mindmaps were on average over twice as productive as their non-mindmapping counterparts. After having used Freemind, XMind and a number of other Mindmapping tools I settled on Mindmeister for the simple fact that it can be collaborative. Others might have more "bells and whistles" or "look better" but this is the one I go to since I can share and collaborate mid development on the Mindmap. Most of the others collaborating is either much harder or non-existant.
I think all conferences have their moments, but here are my favorite: AgentReboot for general social media and technology RainCamp for blogging and SEO Xplode for technology As long as I can take at least one "AHA!" and a couple of other tidbits away from a conference, I consider it time and money well spent.
