In the state of NC if you wanna scare yourself lol take the Broker in Charge course! Head is spinning with why we don't have MORE education in our industry! That 12 hour course really showed me where and how to shore up my own practices and what NOT to do. Education is never a bad thing at all. I took it to further my knowledge and I'm glad I did. Now I understand why my managing broker was a nervous wreck lol
Michael you mentioned below that someone had tracked their monthly metrics to determine how many of their deals could be tracked back to social media. Is there a specific tool they use? Can you share that or pm that to me?

I have a question. Should an agent identify that a listing is not theirs on their websites? I google my properties to check out where they are showing up and find it irritating when someone else seems to be advertising the listing as their own. I might be just a bit tired and punchy tonight but it just hit me wrong.
Thanks... admittedly my website has seen the least attention of all marketing I've done. I'm working to boost it as I've cut out all print, and paying for any additional marketing on websites outside of militarybyowner.
