I have a question. Should an agent identify that a listing is not theirs on their websites? I google my properties to check out where they are showing up and find it irritating when someone else seems to be advertising the listing as their own. I might be just a bit tired and punchy tonight but it just hit me wrong.

Ok so I upgraded to the iPhone 5 today and I want my 4 back :-/ not sure why but I am not sure about this one. I can't use it on my ihome docking system or anything else for that matter. Did anyone ever go back to a. 4 lol?

How would you raise the bar with this situation? Agent A goes in to a listing appointment and tells very bold faced lies about Agent B and their practices and style? Then Agent B goes into appointment and homeowner ask basically goes thru the motions with Agent B and lets them know all the negative things Agent A said about them. This didn't happen to me but to a friend and I was so shocked at the level of unethical behavior.

Music for videos... Where is the best place to get it because I got a warning message from youtube despite having purchased the music. I thought so long as you purchased the music you could use it but I'm guessing I'm wrong.

I'll help you Leslie. Think of a professional athlete - who wants to push their personal best. They must do things outside of their comfort zone to get them to that point. But - they know what that point is by their experience. So getting out may not be something that is foreign - but it needs to be understood and that understanding can only come from experience.

I've talked sellers out of listing their homes -- we're supposed to be helping buyers and sellers make the best decisions for themselves, not for our wallets. That's just icky.

Wow....what a thread!! I would have to say most of what I would have to suggest has been suggested here. I like the idea of deeper discussion, hands on breakouts (or something of the sort), and definitely practitioners presenting. Don't get me wrong, I LOVE to hear Chris Smith, Katie Lance, etc. (and always take a ton away), but the actual day to day use of the tools in our business is something I feel is missing from many of the tech conferences around. I obviously don't mind the travel, as I have met many of you in this discussion at places far from home.

...or quit worrying about the bottom so much and focus on inviting the 99% to raise the ceiling.
